Refund and Cancellation Policy


Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation and Refund of Fees (Academic Fees ,Hostel and Mess Fees, Caution Money, Medical Fees, Laundry Charges)shall be govern by following rules-

More than  15 Days but less than 30 days after formally notified Last date of Admission50%
More than 30 Days of after formally notified Last date of AdmissionNo Refund

Note:
1- Refund of Caution Money shall be subject to such deduction as may be necessary on account of any damage to the property of the University including but not limited to laboratory equipment, IT assets, library books, hostel equipment, furniture etc. for which student is responsible

2- In case the admission of student is cancelled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or breach of code of conduct or any other Rules and Regulations of the University, no refund of fees is permissible. Only the respective deposit / Caution Money will be refunded to student .

3- Entrance Examinations Fees / Application Form Fees /Medical Fee /Laundry Charges are non- refundable.

4- In any other case which is not covered in above Rules, the decision would be taken by the Vice Chancellor.

5- Under the circumstance of cancellation because of any disciplinary action no refund will be paid against any Academic and/ or Hostel and/ or Other Fees.
