    Work Experience: The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI).

    Joined SCI in 1983 as Management Trainee and superannuated in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Liner & Passenger Services. During 34 years in SCI, gained extensive experience in all aspects of Shipping including Marketing, Operations, and Container Leasing etc. During 1989, I was Terminal Manager of Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Jaipur. It was the 1st ICD in India which was connecting containers to the main port JNP by road transport.

    Skills: Operations of Container Freight Stations (CFS’s), Inland Container Depots (ICD”s), Port Operations, All functions of Shipping including, Documentation (Bills of Lading, Delivery order, INCO terms etc.), Commencing of a Liner Services, Slot swap arrangements, Operations of Consortium / Alliances, Container Leasing arrangements, Container Repair arrangements etc.
